Okok (hereinafter referred to as "we", "okok", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users ("you" or "the user") of okok's services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing bets, participating in the lottery, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted all clauses of these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

• Date of birth (for age verification — 18+)
• Valid email address (optional but recommended)

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. okok may request additional verification details at any time.

Password & Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.

The following conditions must be met to use okok Betting services:

Okok may request a copy of your National ID or birth certificate for age verification. Gaming is strictly prohibited for users under 18 and may result in legal action.

Deposit Rules

Okok Betting currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the maximum single deposit is ৳50,000.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on okok:

Place a Bet

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Minimum bet amount: ৳20
• Maximum single bet limits may vary depending on the event and market
• Bets cannot be placed without sufficient balance

Odds & Results

• Odds are locked at the time a bet is accepted — any subsequent changes will not affect the original odds
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the full amount refunded
• If a bet fails due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued
• Winnings will be credited to your account within 48 hours of the result being announced

Live Betting

Odds on live betting may change due to internet latency. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds and the user will be notified. okok reserves the right to suspend bets if unusual betting patterns are detected during a live match.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okok baji. Violation of this prohibition will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating an account using another person's identity
• Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Betting linked to match-fixing or manipulation of game outcomes
• Betting using automated bots or software
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Betting on behalf of other users (proxy betting)
• Exploiting platform technical errors
• Fraudulent behavior toward other users

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact customer support. Withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Any balance outside of wagering requirements will be refunded.

Dispute Resolution Steps

2. Step 2: The support team will review your request within 48 hours
3. Step Three: Escalation to senior management will be arranged if necessary
4. Step Four: If a dispute remains unresolved, an independent mediator may be engaged

In the event of a dispute over betting results, data recorded on okok's servers will be considered the final authority.

Okok reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or email.

Continued use of the Platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
